-Baking of a generic butter based cake 

-Creating swiss meringue buttercream

-Floral piping technique 

-Torte and level Cake base

-Crumb coat 

-Frosting of cake 

-Assembly of cake with floral decoration and colour combination

Pâte à choux
-Cooking pate a choux(base) from scratch 
-Piping the pastry dough on to baking tray, creating both an Éclair and a profiterole 
-Making chocolate glaçage 
-Making Crème Pâtissière 
-Filling the profiterole and éclairs with crème pâtissière 
-Application of the glaçage onto the pastries 
-Decorating of the glazed pastries
